Job description
Our client is an ambitious commercial insurance brokerage with exciting growth plans, a great reputation and holding chartered status.
They have a talented and well respected management team, are based in Leeds City Centre and are able to provide flexible working arrangements.
They have an established team of Account Executives, a great team spirit, a low staff turnover and high client retention + excellent broker support.
Their focus is on a dynamic but traditional broking style, very client focused with long term client retention in mind.
They have continued to see growth despite the recent pandemic and are looking to push on further by appointing ambitious individuals seeking a long term career with a great business.
They have access to all major insurer markets + some exclusive arrangements and are part of a major national network.
They tend to steer away from “micro management” of staff and to allow the Account Executives a good amount of autonomy whilst providing great support.
They are keen to hear from any of the following:
- Account handlers keen to progress to AE status and happy to be involved in development work
- Experienced Account Executives looking to join a quality independent broker, ideally with a reasonable client following
- Developers / Sales Executives looking to develop and retain you’re own client portfolio
- Account Executives with specialisms looking to develop your own niche
- Ideal applicants will have a good level of commercial insurance knowledge, preferably making progress towards CII studies.
