Job description
Our client is a highly respected independent insurance brokerage with a tremendous reputation. They have an enviable client retention and a very low staff turnover and are regarded as one the highest quality insurances business’s in the UK.
They are currently thinking about “succession planning” due to a number of impending retirements and are keen to hear from experienced account executives with a bias towards “Trade Credit” insurance. Ideally they are looking for an all-rounder, potentially more than one; someone with a good technical knowledge able to service existing clients to a very high standard as well as having a keen eye for spotting and taking advantage of new business opportunities.
It is more than likely that you will either take over an existing client portfolio or work closely with a senior executive with a view to going through a client handover process. It is crucial that applicants are smart, professional and personable, able to work in a very professional environment.
Our client is keen to make a positive contribution within the local community and is involved in a lot of charity work and local community initiatives, not just within the Yorkshire area but in a number of UK locations where it they have a local presence.
Successful applicants will have at least 3 + years within the Trade Credit sector, ideally with client facing experience and a good knowledge of the market (well connected).
