Job description

Our client is a highly successful commercial insurance brokerage with a national presence including numerous established office locations throughout the UK.

They are very ambitious with great financial backing; an incredibly well run business providing the perfect environment to be successful and with a highly respected senior management team.

In order to continue this impressive period of growth, they are keen to attract quality, ambitious account executives throughout the UK to help to continue driving the business forward and to ensure that they have quality people in place with longer term succession planning in mind.

They are currently looking for account executives to focus on new business, potentially inherit existing portfolios and to ensure they have a nice handover process in place where there are retirements on the horizon.

Ideal candidates will be professional and ambitious and wanting to join a quality business with genuine long-term career progression available.

Applicants will need to have previous experience in a similar role with a good all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance. You will be very client focused and with a good eye for new business and able to sell based on service and quality rather than just price.

We are ideally looking for people with a good “new business radar”, always able to spot a good opportunity to attract a new client via referrals, recommendations and networking etc.
