This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit a significant portfolio of commercial insurance clients, a great mixture or risks which includes some large and prestigious accounts. This excellent role has become available due to a retirement.

Our client is a well-respected Leeds based insurance brokerage, fiercely independent and holding chartered status and with an appealing modern office location with plenty of parking and close to major road networks. That being said, there is no need for applicants to be office based, our client is equally happy to have a home based remote worker on board.

Ideal applicants will have experience in a similar role with a good all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurances and be comfortable dealing with larger cases. This is a client facing role, the key focus being on building and cementing relationships with the existing clients.

As is normal with all account executive roles, there will be an expectation to do some new business generation, although the main emphasis is on client servicing.

ACII qualification or progress towards would be preferred and will be fully supported; it would also be useful to be a competent Acturis user, although not a prerequisite (full system training can be provided).
