Job description

Fantastic and rare opportunity to join a quality independent commercial insurance brokerage, which has been built up over the last 15 years, in a senior shareholding role, and with the intention of taking over control and substantial ownership of the business over the next 5 years.

Initially you will take over a large chunk of the existing client base as a part of your portfolio, with the view to add to that significantly once your restrictive convent has expired and you are free to target your previous clients. You will be supported by an excellent team of brokers and with access to all major markets as well as some excusive scheme arrangements creating lots of opportunities to develop the business.

Ideal applicants will be experienced commercial account executives with a good all round commercial insurance knowledge, a loyal client portfolio and the desire to move away from the standard employed status and to move into an exciting company ownership position.

This is a chance to take a senior positon within an established brand with uncapped earning potential. This exciting role provides the opportunity to take a lead role in growing and developing an already successful business.
