We are proud to be working with a major player in ancillary forecourt equipment based in the Northwest/Wigan. This is a US-owned company, with turnover in the UK is £28m, and staff 125. The company is growing rapidly by acquisition as well as organically and forms part of a larger group, with revenue of $1.3bn and employing 3,000 staff. They also have a presence globally and around the world.
They are currently seeking a 1st Line IT Support Technician. This is an exciting time for an enthusiastic Technician to join during a period of rapid growth and who is also motivated to advance their technical knowledge.
As the 1st Line IT Support Engineer, you will have:
- Previous 1st Line Help desk experience
- Windows Server administration
- Office 365 / Exchange Online
- Active Directory • Good organisation and time management skills
- VOIP
- Full UK Driving license (Desirable)
It would be advantageous if you had current/previous experience working in a similar role as well as exposure to Azure/Azure AD & SQL Server.
In this 1st Line IT Support Engineer role, you will assist in supporting our UK and European offices IT requirements, using a bespoke IT Helpdesk built on MS Power Apps.

Standard hours are 9am-5:00pm, with the IT being a small team there will be some out of hours work that you may be asked to fulfil.
