Our client is a dynamic independent insurance business, very much in growth mode at the moment and performing really well despite the difficult trading conditions we are experiencing. As a growing business, this would be an excellent time to join and to be a part of their exciting plans.
In order to continue this impressive period of growth, the need has arisen to appoint a Claims Handler / Manager with a farm and agri background, ideally with some equine experience (although not a prerequisite).
Ideal applicants need to be proactive, well organised, efficient and with strong communication / negotiation skills and with a focus on providing exceptional service.
Given the current climate, this role will be home based and can be either full or part time. A competitive salary will be provided as well as benefits and a home office set up.
You will be joining an excellent team of highly experienced and very well regarded insurance professionals, who will allow you plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to develop your role into a more senior position as the business grows.
