Job description
This is brand new role, which has been created purely due to growth, an opportunity to join one of the UK’s most highly respected independent insurance brokerages. They are well known for having a very low staff turnover and an incredibly high level of client retention.
You will be joining their excellent claims team, a centralised team based in the Yorkshire area and providing an exceptional level of claims support to clients based all over the UK. This team deals with a wide range of claims from private clients through to complex commercial claims, supporting clients from claims notification through to settlement.
Ideal applicants will have at least 2 + years claims experience, preferably broker based, although we are happy to hear from those applicants with an insurer or loss adjusting background. You will be very “team” oriented, focused on delivering an exceptional level of service, highly organised, able to analyse and interpret policy wording and not afraid to challenge insurers where necessary.
