Finding the best candidates

At Cryer Baker we use a number of methods to attract quality candidates. Our search is extensive and performed with the upmost discretion.

We have a candidate database at our fingertips and our consultants are also able to obtain quality referrals from our vast network of trusted and reliable industry contacts to validate our submission.

We also work on a project basis, researching the market and name gathering to identify and approach the key players in the target sector. On top of this we have made significant investment to partner with numerous specialist internet job boards and have arrangements in place for more targeted advertising in the insurance press as required.

All candidates are pre-screened and interviewed by our consultants to ensure an accurate and detailed CV is compiled for your review prior to the commencement of the interview process.
